SENIOR CREATIVE DESIGNER

Status:
Full-Time Contract (with rehiring possibility)

Location:
Jakarta with hybrid working schedule

In this role, you'll use your expertise to craft multi-channel concepts from vision to execution. We seek a brave visionary with abilities in campaign creation, visual design, art direction, typography, and profound storytelling rooted in philosophies.

 
 

Skills & Must Have

  • Have a strong interest for luxury brands

  • Min. Bachelor degree in art major (Graphic design, web design, digital media, motion graphics or visual communications)

  • Min. 3 years of work experience in creative/brand/marketing agencies or related creative industry

  • Your portfolio with experience in building brand identities and visual communications

  • Strong conceptor & layout-ing

  • Strong DI skill

  • Capability of managing time effectively during multiple projects

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa

  • Positive attitude and joyful vibe

  • Spirit of learning and deep curiosity

  • Love animals & traveling

Accountabilities

  • Research and understand client's vision and mission

  • Cultivate ideas and rationales, translate it into concepts and design

  • Create artworks across multi-channel, including:
    Printed medias (i.e. Brochure, Magazine, Newspaper)
    Digital derivatives sizing (i.e. Social Media, newsletter)
    Fundamental video editing outputs
    Fundamental 3D artworks

  • Present and story tell decks to clients

  • Communicate effectively with clients when required

  • Take leadership in projects and positively collaborate with the team

  • Look for creative hacks and leverage process every time

  • Embrace new technology and trends

What we provide you

  • Annual salary: after tax IDR. 102.000.000 - 110.000.000/ year (Subject to final negotiation and subject to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan deduction)
