Who we are

Back in 2014, where two minds met—each a master in their own right, one in the art of creativity and marketing, the other in the refined world of luxury hotel management. Together, we embarked on a journey to merge our expertises and create something extraordinary.

Our Story

In our early days, we started our journey by partnering with spirited small businesses, boutique hotel, and passionate food ventures. These were the days of discovery, of shared dreams and small victories.

As our journey unfolded, our path led us to grander blessings. We ventured into collaborations with government bodies, which also opened doors to engagements with international brands as well as prestigious automotive brand we are so proud of working with until today. With every step, our dreams expanded, growing beyond the wildest imaginations of where we started.

As we climb the mountain, a question began to echo in our hearts: What is our true purpose? In 2022, we took a moment to dive deeper into our hearts, searching for answers. Our love for branding, our passion for storytelling, and our belief in transformation became clear. We saw a vision of businesses not just thriving financially but doing so with a conscious, enriching the world and inspiring lives.

And so, our transformation began. From a boutique creative agency, we grew into a home of branding and business wisdom. Today, we stand proudly as consultants, supported by a tapestry of talents—marketeers with a golden touch, hoteliers with stories of elegance, creatives with the spark of innovation, PR experts with the voice of influence, and business coaches with the power to transform.

  • Founder, Chief of Magic

    Ayiela, with a background in communication and advertising, spent 13 years immersed in the advertising agency world before co-founding AM alongside Maria. Over the course of 8 years, AM has evolved into what it is today, with the journey continuing. Fueled by a desire to make a difference and stand out as an underdog, Her career journey began as a rookie graphic designer and culminated in her role as head creative before venturing to establish her own agency. Possessing an insatiable curiosity, she seamlessly merged her creative background with her passion for marketing, expanding her skill set to include account management. The demands of agency life led her to become a workaholic and eventually fall ill, sparking her determination to establish a consultancy agency with a healthy and happy ecosystem. Now, she is gradually realizing her dream of transforming work ethic and culture for the better.

    Maria mastered hospitality management and spent the early part of her career journey with the largest international luxury hotel chain in the world. Intrigued by the advertising and marketing world, she leveraged her hospitality skills to connect and build relationships with clients. A student of life who enjoys personal growth and growing AM, she is all about living life to the fullest by connecting deeply with purposes. She is on a quest to transform brands and businesses to be more human, authentic, and loving.
