The Hidden Smile - We collaborated with Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS) to bring back the old warm smiles to the new recruits. RESPECT is one of the company’s five values which emphasizes in empathy, courtesy and sincerity towards one another. LPS asked us what strategy that can attract the attention of the young new recruits and the existing team members to truly live this value up.
Then we came up with a campaign called Laskar Peduli Senyum. We wanted this campaign to be as light as possible and meaningful. Therefore we created various sets of collateral containing encouragement wrapped in smart puns to unconsciously stimulate ‘smile’.
To top the campaign, we created a corner called “Happy Corner” or “Sudut Gembira” inviting all LPS Team members to participate in a smiling photo contest. This contest was widely spreaded within all departments through internal links to gain high participation. Finally, at the end of this campaign, everyone realised how sincerity and smiles can truly strengthen a positive teamwork relationship.
