At The Dharmawangsa, they believe in the power of storytelling to connect people with the wonders of nature and the richness of culture. "Treasures of Sigi" is a celebration of the natural treasures of Central Sulawesi, curated to offer you an unforgettable experience right in Jakarta.
The storyline unfolds as a documentary, capturing the journey of a chef as they traverse through the landscapes of Sigi & Ranjuri forest, all from the perspective of Mother Earth. Viewers witness the chef's encounters with local ethnic villagers, the forging of connections with the land, and the exploration for authentic herbs and ingredients. As the chef delves deeper into the forest, cooking in harmony with nature, scenes transition to the grandeur of a 5-star hotel kitchen where the chef skillfully transforms their discoveries into exquisite fine dining cuisine. The documentary seamlessly transition between the environments scenes, to showcasing the chef's exploration in fine dining symbolizing relationship between humans and the earth
